Calm and Create – Starting January 2026

I’m delighted to share that Art Ease CIC has received funding through the Southport Together Mental Wellbeing and Community Cohesion Small Grants Fund, which means I’ll be offering a series of free creative wellbeing sessions for local residents.

📅 Running from 12th January – 16th March 2026
🕒 Wednesday evenings each week (1.5-hour session) 6.30pm - 8pm
📍 The Big Onion, Town Hall Gardens, Southport
👥 Limited spaces – up to 16 people per session
Refreshments provided

Calm and Create is a gentle, drop-in style creative space where you can unwind, explore art materials, and enjoy some calm at the end of the day. You’re welcome to join just one session or attend as many as you like—whatever suits you. Each evening will include soothing, mindful art activities like drawing, painting, collage and creative play, all designed to support wellbeing and relaxation.

No experience is needed. Just come along, take a breath, and create at your own pace.
